PRODUCTION WORKER

! Responsibilities Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming merchandise.

Check in merchandise by comparing received items against documentation and reporting any discrepancies.

Prepare customer and internal orders by processing requests and supply orders in the warehouse system.

Pull materials accurately from inventory, pack boxes securely, and place completed orders in the designated delivery area.

Sort and place materials on shelves or in bins according to organizational standards to maintain an orderly warehouse.

Assist with physical cycle counting of inventory to support accurate stock levels and records.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat and organized.

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, as needed and as qualified, to move and stage materials.

Work efficiently in a deadline-driven production environment while following all safety procedures and guidelines.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure timely shipment and receipt of goods. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and inventory handling.

Strong attendance record and reliability in reporting to work as scheduled.

Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Ability to work at a fast pace in a production and deadline-driven environment.

Strong computer skills to process orders, update inventory, and manage shipping and receiving documentation.

Valid driver's license.

At least 1-2 years of experience working in inventory or warehouse environments.

Experience with general warehouse production, packing, and general labor tasks.

Experience with inventory management, picking, loading, and warehouse operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift experience strongly preferred.

Hazmat experience is a plus.

Experience in packaging and material handling within a warehouse setting.

Comfort working in a highly safety-sensitive environment.

Ability to follow organizational standards for storage, labeling, and material placement. Why Work Here? Work Environment The role is based in a very clean, production-oriented warehouse environment that is extremely safety sensitive and deadline driven. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., standing for most of the shift and performing physical tasks such as lifting, pulling, and moving materials. The facility follows organized storage standards with shelves, pallet areas, and designated workstations. Warehouse equipment, including forklifts, may be used where appropriate and as qualified. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety procedures at all times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntingdon Valley, PA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
