Key Responsibilities Pick and pack medical and respiratory supplies accurately and efficiently. Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and process products throughout the warehouse. Follow paper pick lists to locate items and fulfill customer orders. Verify product information to ensure accurate order completion. Assemble boxes and package products securely for shipment. Assist with inventory activities including counting, organizing, and restocking materials. Safely operate pallet jacks to move products and inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals. Follow all written and verbal instructions while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners or handheld inventory devices. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to lift 20-25 lbs regularly and up to 35 lbs occasionally. Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent 1st-shift schedule. Experience with pallet jacks, inventory, shipping, or receiving is a plus. The facility maintains a comfortable working environment year-round, with low-to-moderate noise levels and music played throughout the day. You'll work alongside a small, supportive team using RF scanners, pallet jacks, pick lists, and standard warehouse equipment. The dress code is simple and practical—jeans, a shirt, and comfortable sneakers suitable for warehouse work. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elizabethtown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50
