This position is responsible for ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment Generate shipping paperwork, labels, and Bills of Lading Maintain inventory accuracy using
IQMS , RF
scanners, and warehouse management systems Stage finished goods for shipment and organize incoming materials Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control Work closely with production, customer service, and supervisors to ensure timely shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Follow all OSHA regulations and Polymer Molding safety procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred Forklift experience required; certification preferred Experience with IQMS , warehouse management systems (WMS), or RF scanners is a plus Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Join Polymer Molding?
