Overview Allegiance Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate for Pick, Pack & Quality Control duties in a growing warehouse operation in Lititz, PA. This is a hands-on role that combines order fulfillment, quality control, inventory support, and material handling responsibilities. What You'll Do Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently Pack shipments securely to ensure products arrive safely Perform quality checks to verify correct items, quantities, labels, and packaging Enter warehouse and inventory data into Excel spreadsheets Assist with shipping and order fulfillment activities Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy reporting Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments Receive incoming materials and inspect for damage or discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For At least 3 years of warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience Experience with quality control or inventory accuracy preferred Basic computer skills and experience with Excel data entry required Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and communicate effectively in
