Job Description

xo, Fetti is a party supply company founded around the mission of providing Etsy quality products at a Target price point. We started five years ago with 1 product and a lot of ideas... today we are proud to say we've grown to 750+ products, 2 brands and 4,000,000 customers. This position will focus on fulfilling custom orders and supporting the fulfillment team.
Responsibilities:
Fulfilling "Custom" orders from customers according to brand standards by use of professional Cricut Machine Reviewing custom order details to ensure correct spelling, formatting, and design placement prior to and post-production Weekly supply checks and inventory organization within the customization area Support order fulfillment operations, including packing accuracy Provide operational support for wholesale orders
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently under changing demands Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable receiving and applying constructive feedback Independent problem solving Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a physically active role (lifting, bending, standing, walking)
