Job Description

Job Overview Almo Fulfillment Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to support daily order processing, inventory handling, packing, and shipping operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Fulfillment Associate will help process customer orders from picking through shipment, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure products are handled and prepared correctly. Training will be provided, and previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is not required. Responsibilities Pick products accurately according to customer orders Verify product numbers, quantities, and order information Pack orders securely using appropriate packaging materials Apply shipping labels and verify delivery information Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Update basic order and inventory information in company systems Inspect products for visible damage or discrepancies Restock products in designated locations Maintain clean and organized work areas Assist with loading and unloading packages when needed Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items Follow company procedures for product handling and shipping Work with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals Perform other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned Requirements Previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the workday Positive attitude and willingness to learn About the Position The Fulfillment Associate helps ensure customer orders are processed accurately and prepared for timely shipment. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and wants to gain practical experience in order fulfillment, inventory handling, packing, shipping, and warehouse operations.
Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
