As an Order Filler, you'll play a vital part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and ready for shipment, supporting our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure precise fulfillment. Operate equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely to load, unload, and move inventory within the warehouse. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and organizing products for easy access. Prepare shipments by packaging items securely, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating with shipping & receiving teams. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory movements and update order statuses in real-time. Assist with order picking and packing processes, ensuring timely completion of all fulfillment tasks in line with order priorities. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, unloading incoming shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, stocking, shipping & receiving, and inventory management. Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently. Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms for tracking orders and inventory. Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes and packaging standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members across various warehouse functions.
