Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Fulfillment Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the seamless processing of customer orders. In this vital role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment with precision and efficiency. Your proactive approach will ensure inventory accuracy, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a smooth warehouse operation. This position offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to support fast-paced logistics and distribution processes. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems to ensure correct items are shipped. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely to load and unload materials. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems to maintain stock accuracy. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, labeling packages correctly, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Assist in shipping and receiving activities by unloading inbound freight, inspecting goods for quality control, and documenting discrepancies or damages. Use RF scanners and barcode scanning devices for order picking, inventory updates, and logistics tracking to streamline warehouse operations. Follow safety procedures diligently by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to manual handling guidelines, and maintaining a clean work environment. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software. Skilled in order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and stock replenishment. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards. Excellent attention to detail for quality control checks and accurate order processing. Basic math skills for counting items, measuring packages, and verifying quantities. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and warehouse supervisors.
