We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to help ensure every customer and wholesale order is prepared accurately, beautifully, and on time. Position Overview The Fulfillment Associate supports the daily fulfillment of direct-to-consumer and wholesale orders. This position is responsible for accurately picking, quality-checking, packing, documenting, and shipping orders while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Because each order represents the Bits & Bows brand, success in this role requires excellent attention to detail, accountability, urgency, and consistent adherence to established procedures. Key Responsibilities Pick products accurately according to order documentation. Verify styles, colors, sizes, quantities, and personalization details. Inspect merchandise for stains, damage, loose threads, embroidery issues, or other quality concerns. Fold, package, and present products according to Bits & Bows standards. Pack direct-to-consumer and wholesale orders carefully and efficiently. Complete all required fulfillment records, tracking sheets, and employee signoffs for each order. Generate shipping labels and confirm orders are shipped through the appropriate carrier and service. Assist with receiving, counting, labeling, and organizing incoming inventory. Replenish picking locations and maintain accurate product placement. Help investigate inventory discrepancies, missing merchandise, and order errors. Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized fulfillment area. Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and shipping-deadline expectations. Communicate promptly with a manager when an order, product, or inventory issue is identified. Assist with seasonal projects, inventory counts, event preparation, and other operational needs. Follow all company policies, quality-control requirements, and established fulfillment procedures. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures consistently. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable taking ownership of assigned work and correcting mistakes promptly. Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team. Basic comfort using computers, order-management systems, and shipping software. Previous warehouse, retail, shipping, inventory, or order-fulfillment experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the workday. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive packing and sorting tasks. Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 40 pounds. Ability to safely use step stools, carts, and standard fulfillment equipment. What Success Looks Like A successful Fulfillment Associate consistently ships accurate, complete, and well-presented orders on time. They follow every required tracking and quality-control step, maintain an orderly workspace, communicate problems immediately, and understand that skipping a procedure can directly affect customers, inventory accuracy, and the broader team.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
