Position Overview This is a hybrid role combining shipping/receiving responsibilities with customer service support. You will play a key role in both the physical flow of products and the customer experience. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with room for advancement based on performance, reliability, and skill development. Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving Package, label, and prepare electronic devices for shipment Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries Maintain organization and accuracy in all shipping records Assist in maintaining an efficient workflow in the production/shipping area Customer Service Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and text Provide updates on order and repair status Assist customers with placing orders (Shopify experience is a plus) Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Learn and understand our products and services to better assist customers Work with the team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Basic computer skills required (Shopify or similar platforms a plus) Previous shipping, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus but not required Automotive knowledge or parts experience is a bonus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off A supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth as the company continues to expand To help us identify detail-oriented candidates, please include the first car you purchased and what you liked about it in your application.
