Merchology seeks a Post-Production Associate for our Operations team. Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Post-Production Associate is a critical role that will ensure Merchology products are professionally and purposefully shipped to the satisfaction of our domestic and international customers. This is a seasonal opportunity (starting in October and completing in January).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES A
successful Post-Production Associate will: Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility. Be responsible for batch, domestic, and international shipping of customer orders. Communicate via email and HubSpot with customer service and other departments to troubleshoot order issues. Create shipping and fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers and vendors. Troubleshoot customer returns for wrong address, missed decoration, or cancellations. Assist with post and shipping functions as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role Basic computer skills Positive and collaborative attitude Ability to follow written and verbal processes in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite, HubSpot, ShipHawk preferred Spanish bilingual a plus
