Dart - Fulfillment, Warehouse & Content Associate Overview Dart is looking for a motivated, organized, and creative Fulfillment, Warehouse & Content Associate to support our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role that combines shipping and packaging customer orders, receiving and sorting bulk inventory shipments, maintaining an organized warehouse, managing social media, and creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. We're looking for someone who works quickly, pays attention to detail, understands social media and streetwear culture, and is comfortable switching between warehouse responsibilities and creative work throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, social media, content creation, and working in a fast-paced small-business environment. Responsibilities Shipping & Order Fulfillment Package and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Print and apply shipping labels to outgoing packages. Organize completed packages for carrier pickup. Verify that customer orders contain the correct products, sizes, colors, and quantities. Make sure tracking numbers and fulfillment information are properly syncing with Shopify. Identify and report fulfillment errors, inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipping issues. Keep packaging materials stocked and organized. Maintain a clean and efficient shipping workstation. Help improve the fulfillment process as order volume increases. Receiving & Sorting Bulk Shipments Receive bulk inventory shipments from manufacturers and suppliers. Open, inspect, count, and organize incoming merchandise. Sort products by style, color, size, SKU, or collection. Verify received quantities against expected inventory. Identify damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products. Organize inventory so products can be quickly located when fulfilling orders. Prepare newly received inventory for storage, launches, photoshoots, or fulfillment. Break down boxes, packaging, and shipping materials after inventory is received. Help maintain accurate inventory counts. Warehouse Organization Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Maintain designated areas for incoming inventory, active inventory, packaging materials, returns, samples, and outgoing orders. Restock fulfillment stations as needed. Assist with periodic inventory counts. Help reorganize inventory when new collections or large shipments arrive. Maintain an efficient workflow so orders can be packed quickly during high-volume periods. Content Creation Research TikTok, Instagram Reels, competitors, streetwear brands, fashion trends, viral formats, sounds, hooks, and content ideas. Develop a consistent list of content concepts for Dart. Create short-form videos featuring Dart products.

On-body try-ons Outfit videos Styling videos Flat lays Product close-ups Comparisons Lifestyle content Trend-based videos Behind-the-scenes warehouse content Packing-order videos New inventory/unboxing videos Promotional videos highlighting sales, free shipping, new drops, or other offers Film content with proper lighting, framing, pacing, and product presentation. Edit videos using TikTok, CapCut, Premiere, or another editing platform. Upload completed content to the designated Google Drive folders. Work efficiently and produce a high volume of usable content rather than overproducing individual videos. Social Media Management Assist with posting content to Dart's TikTok and Instagram accounts. Write simple captions and select appropriate sounds, hashtags, and posting formats. Monitor comments and basic audience engagement. Identify frequently asked customer questions or recurring feedback. Stay aware of current trends and recommend opportunities Dart can quickly participate in. Help maintain a consistent flow of content across social platforms. Review content performance and identify which formats, products, hooks, and concepts are performing best. Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Reliable and able to work independently. Comfortable working quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to organize inventory and maintain a clean workspace. Basic understanding of Shopify or willingness to learn. Comfortable using Google Drive and basic online software. Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Reels. Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form content. Interest in fashion, streetwear, clothing, or creative marketing preferred. Comfortable appearing in content when needed is a plus, but not required. Basic video editing skills preferred. Ability to lift and move boxes containing clothing inventory. Ability to stand, walk, organize inventory, and package orders for extended periods. Strong communication skills and ability to flag problems when they arise. One part of the day might involve receiving and sorting a large shipment of jeans, another might involve packaging customer orders, and another might involve filming several TikToks or organizing content for the week. Posting content, monitoring trends, and helping maintain Dart's online presence. The goal is to help Dart operate efficiently behind the scenes while consistently producing content that keeps the brand growing online.
