This full-time, on-site position is responsible for receiving incoming inventory, organizing materials, preparing outgoing shipments, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. We proudly serve schools, sports teams, businesses, organizations, and community groups throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, including Providence, Warwick, Pawtucket, Fall River, Attleboro, and surrounding New England communities. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and inventory Verify incoming orders for accuracy and completeness Prepare customer orders for shipment Package custom apparel, uniforms, promotional products, and accessories for delivery Generate shipping labels and assist with carrier coordination Maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage areas Track and document incoming and outgoing shipments Work closely with production, embroidery, quality control, and warehouse teams Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on schedule Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment Ability to lift and move boxes, apparel, and materials as needed Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join OSS Apparel?
