About The Opportunity Load and unload finished goods and incoming materials ensuring finished goods are properly packaged and meet customer requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities Receive inbound raw materials, components, supplies, and finished goods, verifying quantities, part numbers, and condition against purchase orders, packing slips, and other receiving documentation. Safely unload inbound freight and inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality concerns. Report and document any issues in accordance with company procedures. Process receiving transactions accurately within the ERP/SAP system and ensure all received materials are properly identified, labeled, and documented. Transport and place received materials into designated warehouse, production, or storage locations while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability. Ensure all material movements comply with current procedures regarding identification, storage requirements, and inventory management practices. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting, location audits, and participation in physical inventories as required. Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Materials teams to resolve receiving discrepancies, material shortages, and inventory issues as needed. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively in accordance with company policies and training requirements. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all required personal protective equipment (PPE), safety equipment, and established work instructions or standard work procedures. Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and support 5S, standard work, and inventory accuracy improvement activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and receiving area. Support shipping and warehouse operations as needed, including preparation of outbound shipments and other materials-related activities. Contribute positively to team objectives and perform other duties as assigned. Work Experience Required 1-3 years of relevant work experience 2-5 years of experience in shipping/receiving (Preferred) Two companies, one vision.
