Job Description
$20.00-$24.00 per hour Join a Stable, Growing Manufacturing Company Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. is an established precision metal stamping manufacturer that has been serving customers for over 54 years. We are looking for a dependable Shipping & Warehouse Associate who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and getting the job done right. If you enjoy staying active, working in a clean manufacturing environment, and being part of a team where your work matters, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify order accuracy and inspect products before shipping Label, stage, and organize outgoing shipments Load and unload trucks safely Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Maintain shipping records and documentation Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe Work closely with production and customer service to ensure on-time deliveries What We're Looking For Warehouse or shipping experience preferred Manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to read work orders and shipping documents Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Ability to lift and move materials safely Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM No nights or weekends Benefits 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Annual performance bonus (company performance based) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays Paid sick leave Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for advancement and internal promotions Stable, year-round employment in Rock Hill, SC Paid Time Off 11 paid holidays 7 paid sick days annually 1 week PTO after 6 months Additional PTO after 1 year, with increases based on length of service Why Join Superior Washer & Gasket?
