Shipping & Receiving:
Rotating shift schedule: 4 on, 4 off. Day Shift (6am - 6pm) for two weeks, then Night Shift (6pm-6am) for two weeks. Join the Operations Team at Novita Nutrition! Our manufacturing facility is in Aurora, South Dakota. Shipping & Receiving Operator Responsibilities Responsible for the safe operation of all equipment in the shipping and receiving areas including weighing systems, loading, and unloading equipment. Operators will receive dried distillers grains by rail and truck and ship product on trucks and railcars. The team member in this position is responsible for understanding and executing standard operating procedures and is expected to ensure proper response during normal and abnormal operating situations. Shipping & Receiving Operator Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's degree or higher education preferred. Experience working in a production plant environment is preferred.
