In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our order processing and distribution operations — making sure every customer order is picked, packed, and shipped with care and accuracy. Your eye for detail and positive energy will help us deliver an exceptional experience and uphold our reputation for reliability. Duties Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using Shopify and our POS system Perform quality control checks to ensure every item is accurate and ready to ship with confidence Manage shipping & receiving processes, including verifying shipment details and keeping inventory systems up to date Keep shelves organized, maintain tidy inventory, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment Partner with supervisors to streamline distribution processes and find smarter ways to work together Requirements A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy Curiosity and openness to learning new tools like Shopify, Adaptive, and AI platforms A positive, can-do attitude with the confidence to take initiative
