Accurately completes IFS and Novacura transactions for shipping and receiving. • Prepares and maintains related documentation. Requests or retrieves necessary items from inventory per order instructions and delivery schedules while referencing customer order details in IFS to verify configuration and BOM. Assembles and packs products into crates per work instructions and specifications while accurately completing all check sheets. • Posts weight and dimensions. Directs non-inventory receipts to the appropriate party. Operates forklift and conducts daily safety inspection. Monitors all shipping supplies and initiates timely replenishment through the purchasing department. Assists other areas as needed particularly material handling. Receives and inspects incoming components, parts, and supplies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. At least 3 years of crating or material handling experience using ERP or other materials management software. Ability to work with limited supervision to prioritize work and verify accuracy of results. Valid driver's license required. Able to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds. Able to train on and maintain qualification in operating hoist and powered industrial trucks such as a forklift and walk-behind pallet jack. Sufficient mechanical aptitude to assess packaging to avoid damage in transit. Able to use common hand tools. Computer experience required particularly shipping software and MS Office applications. Requires extensive standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting.
