Job Description

Shipping Clerk - Smyrna, TN
ETHNIX GROUP
is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support our warehouse and distribution operations. This position is responsible for processing shipping documentation, coordinating outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are shipped efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities:
Prepare shipping documents and delivery paperwork. Verify orders and shipment accuracy. Coordinate shipments with drivers and warehouse staff. Maintain inventory and shipping records. Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation. Track shipments and resolve discrepancies. Follow company safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory experience preferred. Must be fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
