As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and shipped on time. You'll help streamline order entry, administration, and shipping processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in supply chain operations, supporting the team and learning foundational industry skills.Responsibilities:
Accurately enter orders into the system Perform order administration tasks Assist with preparing packages for shipment Coordinate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies Maintain operational documents and records Assist in demand planning under supervision Ensure customer service standards are met Respond to basic customer inquiries Help with general administrative duties as neededRequirements:
