Students cover 2x the material in just 2 hours a day, using the same 2-Hour Learning model as Alpha Schools. That frees up their entire afternoon for serious training, where they work alongside former pro and D1 athletes coaching them at the highest standard. We're hiring a Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to handle the daily work of our fulfillment center: packing orders, shipping packages, receiving deliveries, and keeping inventory in order. This is an in-office, hands-on role where the results are visible. You'll keep materials moving to the students, coaches, and families who depend on them.
What You'll Do Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders so every package leaves complete, protected, and correctly labeled.
Shipping:
Print labels, weigh packages, schedule pickups, and hand off shipments to carriers on time.
Receiving:
Unload incoming deliveries, check contents against packing slips, and shelve items where they belong.
Inventory Management:
Keep counts accurate, flag low stock and discrepancies, and help with regular inventory checks.
Quality Control:
Inspect items before they ship and pull anything damaged or incorrect before it reaches a recipient.
Returns Processing:
Receive returned packages, log them, and restock or route items where they need to go.
Workspace Upkeep:
Keep the fulfillment center clean, organized, and safe so the operation runs smoothly. Requirements Attention to

You catch wrong addresses, mismatched items, and off counts before a package goes out the door.
Reliability:
You show up on time, follow through, and don't need someone checking behind you.
Physical Stamina:
You're comfortable being on your feet, lifting boxes, and moving packages through the day.
Efficiency:
You work quickly without getting sloppy, and you keep quality steady when volume picks up.
Shipping Software:
You can learn label printers, barcode scanners, and order systems quickly, and you're comfortable with basic spreadsheets.
Location:
You're able to work on-site at the fulfillment center. This is not a remote role.
Work Authorization:
You're authorized to work in the United States.
Bonus Points Carrier Knowledge:
Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, or USPS services, rates, and pickup processes.
Inventory Systems:
Hands-on time with inventory or order management software.
Equipment Operation:
Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar equipment.
Benefits Pay:
$20/hour
