OVERVIEW
The Shipping & Receiving Helper is an entry-level position that assists with basic warehouse tasks. This role helps with loading, unloading, and organizing shipments while learning shipping and receiving processes on the job.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Help load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Assist with checking packages against packing slips or labels Pack items for shipment and place labels on boxes Move materials to storage areas using carts or hand trucks Help keep the work area clean and organized Report any damaged or missing items to a supervisor Assist team members with daily warehouse tasks as needed Follow safety guidelines and instructions Requirements No prior experience required (training provided) Ability to follow directions and work with a team Willingness to learn new tasks Basic attention to detail Reliable and on time Ability to lift, carry, and move items as needed. High School Diploma or Equivalent Salary Description $18.00
