Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls, assisting customers with inquiries. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management. Assist with receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. Maintain accurate records and support inventory management. Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Support branch staff with various operational tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to multitask and work in both office and warehouse environments. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
