Positions are iin the McAllen Area Oversee all Shipping and Receiving activities and work processes Ensure a high level of productivity of S/R staff while maintaining 100% compliance with safety protocols. Sustain and improve current S/R processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency. Resolve issues and discrepancies to ensure customer orders are complete and shipping deadlines are met. Mentor and manage S/R staff, including performance reviews, hiring, coaching and discipline. Create a cohesive team and work to improve each team members knowledge, skills and abilities. Use company computer systems to access, record and maintain accurate records for all shipping and receiving activity including Inbound and Outbound shipments (work orders, packing slips, Bill of Lading, etc.) Follow Ulven Shipping methods, procedures, routes, established rates of shipping suppliers (UPS, FedEx) Report /record incorrect shipments, damaged goods, Material Returned Authorizations (MRA) Ensure adequate supply of shipping/receiving supplies Accurately count inventory of products, parts and supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records. Perform material handling duties in transporting parts, products and supplies to various areas of the manufacturing campus as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Highly experienced with online shipping software Excellent team building skills and accountability to managing in accordance with company policies and department processes. Must be able to work shifts between 8am to 11pm to open or close.
