International Shipping Operations Associate What if your knack for details could move freight around the world every day? At Regal Staffing Services, we're placing a Shipping Clerk Associate with a non-climate controlled company in the Alliance area—someone who can own the paperwork, the pick/pack flow, and the carrier conversations that make on-time shipping happen. Your impact Do you like coordinating the moving pieces? You'll line up UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers for timely pickups and deliveries. Are you comfortable with international documentation? You'll prepare Commercial Invoices and SLI forms so cross-border shipments sail through. Enjoy hands-on work? You'll pick, pack, wrap, and label orders with care and speed. Love accuracy? You'll verify packing slips and complete clean, reliable data entry. Want to keep freight compliant? You'll generate Bills of Lading, packing lists, and other required documents. Collaborative by nature? You'll partner with shipping brokers and carriers to solve issues fast. Schedule, pay, and tools
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (1st shift)
Compensation:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour
DOE Technology:
Warehouse Management Software (WMS) Foundational experience Shipping/Receiving know-how General warehouse experience Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Work setting Non-climate controlled environment in the Alliance area.
