This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are shipped accurately, documentation is correct, and communication flows smoothly between operations, carriers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, labels) Process outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers Enter and maintain shipment data in

WMS / ERP

systems Perform quality checks on orders prior to shipment Communicate shipping status, issues, or discrepancies to supervisors Maintain organized shipping and audit records Assist with inventory reports and clerical tasks as needed Support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience 3PL or fulfillment center environment Creating or auditing BOLs and shipping labels Working with domestic carriers and freight shipments

Bilingual:

English & Spanish (required) 1+ year experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse clerical role Experience with WMS, ERP, or shipping systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills
