Shipping & Receiving Associate

Job Summary Precision Flange & Machine, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for palletizing orders, preparing shipments, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Box, package, and palletize large and small orders daily Prepare UPS shipments and small Will Call orders safely and accurately Shrink wrap products securely onto pallets Stage and organize orders for shipment and delivery Load and unload delivery trucks and warehouse materials Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely Verify order accuracy before shipment Assist with cycle counts and inventory control Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Perform general warehouse duties including cleaning, sweeping, and organizing materials Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Support team members and warehouse operations as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shift Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated and dependable Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently when needed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Safety-conscious mindset Working Conditions Warehouse environment is not climate controlled Schedule Full-time May require schedule flexibility and the ability to work Saturdays as needed Overtime available as needed Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for career growth and advancement Additional Information Precision Flange & Machine, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
