MEDWMS/SYSPRO
Monitor Short Expiry material and transfer accordingly each month Process all incoming SCT shipments with accuracy and efficiency Perform Inventory Counts Perform routine cycle counts utilizing MEDWMS scanner and verify quantities in Syspro. Ensure that all inventory is accurate and Syspro quantities reflect physical counts. Coordinate with Customer Service/Shipping to resolve any discrepancies in inventory levels Collaborate with Production/Inventory team to resolve any BULK discrepancies. Work with QS/Production and pull all inventory for rework, quarantine, investigation Maintain Organized Inventory, Monitor and Manage Warehouse Goods Ensure all BINs are neat and organized Consolidate goods and make necessary movements as needed Staging of bulk material according to production schedule Collaborate with all departments as needed for maximum efficiency Qualifications High School Diploma required Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse environment, receiving or inventory experience in chemical/pharmaceutical or regulated environment is an asset. Lifting required, heavy lifting of up to 60lbs is required at times. Ability to use forklift, cherry picker, and other powered equipment required Accountable, dependable, team player with great communications skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail is a must Excellent communication skills required; fluent English (oral & written) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Knowledge ofSYSPRO/MEDWMS
