Position Overview As a Fulfillment Associate, you will help process customer orders, prepare products for shipment, organize inventory, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. You will play an important role in keeping warehouse operations efficient while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify products and quantities against order documentation. Label packages and prepare shipping materials. Organize inventory within warehouse storage locations. Assist with receiving incoming inventory and deliveries. Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Inspect products for quality before shipment. Maintain accurate inventory and fulfillment records. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift and move packages safely throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills.
