Shipping & Receiving Assistant Location:
McAllen, TX 78503 - Fully Onsite Pay rate: $12.50/hr on W2
Contract:
3+
Month Contract Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily shipping and receiving activities, including documentation and tracking. Receive, inspect, label, palletize, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Load/unload trucks and assist with deliveries and pickups. Verify shipments against orders for quantities, destinations, and routing. Use shipping vendor websites, email, and computer systems to track shipments and prepare documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area. Operate forklifts and hand trucks safely. Support production, quality, and continuous improvement activities as needed.
Requirements:
2+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred. Forklift and hand truck experience. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Basic computer skills and good communication. Valid U.S. driver's license. High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred. #TMCA
