Join The AllTerra Team and Keep Our Operations Moving We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth coordination between our warehouse, office team, and transportation partners. What You'll Do:

Warehouse Operations Coordinate daily activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Prepare and stage delivery orders for distribution Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Inventory & Documentation Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory Prepare and process shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, labels) Monitor inventory accuracy and help resolve discrepancies Communication & Efficiency Work with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment issues Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency Support continuous improvement of warehouse operations

Requirements:
