Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator•Richardson, Texas We are seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to join our warehouse. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will receive, store, and dispatch goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory management to meet delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments, check quantities, and record details using RF scanners and our warehouse management system (WMS). Prepare outgoing orders by picking, packing, and labeling items for delivery. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and MRPs for safe loading and unloading. Manage stock levels through stocking, order picking, and updating inventory. Package products to ensure they remain safe in transit, adhering to safety guidelines. Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities in Made2Manage or a similar ERP system. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience, especially in shipping and receiving, is preferred. Familiarity with WMS, barcode scanners, and ERP systems is beneficial. Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment (certification is a plus). Understanding of warehouse distribution processes, including inventory management. Basic math skills for accurate counting and measuring. Knowledge of e-commerce logistics is a bonus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
