This entry-level position works closely with the Event Coordinator, Sales Representatives, and Marketing team to ensure printed materials and product orders are completed accurately and delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn print production and fulfillment processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The duties listed below are representative of the work performed by this position and are not intended to be all-inclusive. Additional duties may be assigned as business needs require. Print Production & Fulfillment Print, assemble, and prepare marketing materials for internal and external customers. Operate and maintain print shop equipment, including printers, cutters, and finishing equipment. Review print orders and ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion. Package and ship literature, promotional materials, and event-related orders. Event Support Pull product and literature orders from the warehouse for trade shows, meetings, and company events. Prepare event shipments according to established schedules and specifications. Track inbound and outbound event shipments. Receive, inspect, and verify inventory returned from events. Return event materials and inventory to designated storage locations. Inventory Management Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation. Monitor inventory levels of printed materials and supplies. Report low inventory and supply needs to management. Systems & Administrative Support Learn and utilize project management software (Basecamp) to manage assigned tasks and deadlines. Learn and utilize Deacom ERP or other company systems related to order processing and inventory management. Maintain accurate records of print jobs, shipments, and inventory transactions. Prepare basic business correspondence and documents using proper grammar, spelling, and formatting. Team Collaboration Work effectively with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Event staff to support business objectives. Assist the Event Coordinator and other team members during peak workloads. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and skills. Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned.
