water, we're also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa. Receiving Clerk Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will provide responsive, safe, efficient and organized purchasing and delivery service to all food and beverage outlets, kitchens, and other Kalahari venues. To actively participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily. As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll ensure that all products, supplies, and inventory are received accurately and available when needed. Your attention to organization, quality, and timely delivery helps departments operate efficiently, allowing associates to provide exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for guests. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to guests, associates, and vendors by maintaining a welcoming, professional, and responsive attitude at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary storeroom, cooler, freezer, and storage areas while following all health and safety standards. Accurately receive, store, issue, and track inventory, ensuring proper documentation of discrepancies, waste, and stock levels. Deliver products throughout the resort and maintain knowledge of resort locations, storage facilities, and operational procedures. Protect company assets, follow safety and food handling procedures, and communicate effectively with leadership and other departments to support resort operations. What We're Looking For General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of back-of-the-house operations is preferred

Prior inventory/receiving clerk and/or food and beverage, hotel/resort experience helpful

Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. The ability to be self-directed as you will work on your own. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the Resort. Must be able to work in a stationary position for long periods of time.

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally move up to 100 pounds. Must be able to work from 7am to 3:30pm and be flexible with weekends and holidays.
