Pro Steering Columns Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our shipping department. This role involves handling daily order fulfillment, shipping automotive parts, and learning hands-on skills in automotive locksmith work such as key cutting and door lock recoding. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the automotive and locksmith industry. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Process shipments using USPS, UPS, and other carriers Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse Assist with inventory handling and stock organization Learn to cut keys for various vehicle makes and models Learn to recode automotive door locks and ignition components Ensure orders are completed with attention to detail and quality Requirements Strong work ethic and reliability Good time management and ability to maintain workflow Willingness to learn new skills (training provided) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for shipping systems Ability to lift and move packages as needed Preferred (Not Required) Experience in shipping/warehouse work Interest in automotive or locksmith industry Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience What We're Looking For Someone with determination and a strong sense of responsibility A team player who keeps a steady and efficient workflow Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company Benefits On-the-job training (including key cutting & lock work) Opportunity for advancement within the company Stable, full-time position
