We're Hiring! We are currently seeking Receiving Associates and ThriftWise Associates (Customer Service) to join our team. Do Our Core Values Resonate With You?

9:45 AM - 6:30 PM Includes weekdays and one weekend day Cross-training opportunities available Potential pay increase after onboarding based on performance Position Overview This role supports the daily operations of our Resale Store, ensuring a positive customer and donor experience while contributing to store success. Key Responsibilities Support the Manager in promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with agency core values Promote the Customer Rewards Program and communicate sales promotions Assist in achieving store sales goals and advancing awareness of the agency's mission Perform accurate and efficient cashier duties Maintain cash handling records and complete required paperwork Provide respectful and professional service to donors and customers Communicate donation guidelines to ensure safe and appropriate items are received Assist with pricing merchandise Move merchandise from receiving areas to the sales floor in a timely manner Support stocking, merchandising, fitting rooms, sales floor, and public areas Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Follow and promote safe work practices with volunteers and community service workers Attend weekly staff meetings Meet annual KPI expectations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous cashier experience preferred Ability to work professionally with the public Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately Must be able to lift 25-40 lbs and use a two-step ladder Demonstrated alignment with core values: spirit, passion, integrity, respect, innovation, and teamwork Must pass background check and drug screening
Pay:
From $12.00 per hour
