Job Description
Join our team at The UPS Store as a Full-Time Center Associate in Sunnyvale, TX. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-established company while providing top-quality service to our customers. You will play a key part in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with their shipping, packing, and printing needs in a professional and friendly manner Operate shipping and packaging equipment efficiently and accurately Process transactions promptly and accurately using the point-of-sale system Maintain store appearance and organization to uphold company standards Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay of $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly Opportunity for growth within a respected company Supportive work environment Employee discounts on store services and products About the Company The UPS Store Sunnyvale #8222 is part of a nationwide network of locally owned and operated shipping, packaging, and business service centers.
