The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory handling, timely processing of goods, and proper documentation of all shipments. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations Coordinate internal teams regarding shipments Report damaged or missing items to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred Basic computer skills Ability to lift and move heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Work Environment Warehouse setting with moderate to heavy physical activity May require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility Schedule Full-time Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays
