Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Receiving Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth operations within our facility. Salary depends on experience.

Responsibilities:

Unload trucks and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips Inspect shipments for damage, missing items, or discrepancies Enter receiving data into the inventory system Label, sort, and organize materials in designated storage areas Communicate any issues or delays with supervisors and relevant departments Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times Drive 26 ' box truck for deliveries in the Salt Lake area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving role a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills and attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Forklift certification required or ability to get certified.
