Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM 💲Pay:
$17.75/hour ________________________________________ Job Overview We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all materials are handled safely and efficiently. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation
- Use UPS and FedEx shipping systems to create and track shipments
- Maintain inventory records and support basic inventory control processes
- Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed ________________________________________ Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations required
- Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software preferred
- Current or recent forklift experience required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and organizational skills ________________________________________ Additional Information Candidates will be asked to complete a brief hands-on assessment during the interview, which includes processing shipments using UPS and FedEx systems. ________________________________________ What We're Looking For
