This role is responsible for sorting cards from breaks, accurately fulfilling customer orders, and preparing shipments to ensure collectors receive their items quickly and safely. Key Responsibilities Sort and organize sports cards, Pokémon cards, and collectibles from live breaks. Verify customer orders for accuracy and completeness. Pull inventory and fulfill online orders from Shopify, eBay, Fanatics Live, and other sales channels. Package cards, sealed products, and memorabilia securely for shipment. Print shipping labels and process outgoing packages. Maintain organized storage, shipping, and break-sorting areas. Assist with inventory organization and quality control. Identify and report fulfillment errors, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies. Support general shop operations as needed. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable handling valuable collectibles with care. Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Previous shipping, warehouse, retail, or collectibles experience is a plus.
