- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging, labeling, and staging products accurately
- Use barcode scanners to track inventory movements and update inventory records
- Load and unload trucks using a pallet jack while safely handling materials
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment to support timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits as needed
- Work with production and warehouse team members to improve workflow and accuracy

Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material handling preferred
- Experience with order fulfillment, inventory systems, or warehouse processes helpful
- Comfortable using, or willing to learn, barcode scanners and inventory tracking tools
- Pallet jack experience preferred, but training can be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
- Basic math skills for counting, inventory tracking, and shipment verification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or move throughout the shift
- Reliable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team
