  • Shipping, Receiving, Order Picking & Data EntryPosition Summary Bioclear is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse, fulfillment, and administrative operations.
This role is responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, shipping products, receiving inventory, performing data entry tasks, and maintaining organized inventory and warehouse processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, team-oriented, technologically capable, and committed to accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position also serves as a cross-functional support role, assisting with job-sharing responsibilities across fulfillment and administrative functions as needed. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesShipping & Order Fulfillment Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare shipments using company shipping systems and carriers Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and packaging accuracy before shipment Print shipping labels and prepare shipping documentation Ensure orders are shipped on schedule and meet quality standards Receiving & Inventory Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders Inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies Accurately enter received inventory into company systems Assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and stock replenishment Maintain clean and organized inventory storage areas Data Entry & Administrative Support Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems and spreadsheets Maintain shipping, inventory, and order records with a high level of accuracy Assist with updating customer, inventory, and operational information in company databases Review data for completeness and accuracy and report discrepancies when identified Support document organization, filing, and administrative recordkeeping Assist with reporting and operational tracking as needed Cross-Functional / Job Share Support Provide backup support for fulfillment and administrative team members during absences or high-volume periods Cross-train in multiple operational functions to support team flexibility and continuity Collaborate with Customer Care, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow Assist with additional warehouse, fulfillment, and administrative tasks as needed Warehouse Operations Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Support inventory audits and operational improvement initiatives Work collaboratively with Customer Care, Operations, and other departments Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping, inventory, and data management software Strong accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience with inventory management systems Experience with FedEx, UPS, USPS, or shipping platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or spreadsheet software Familiarity with ERP or order management systems Familiarity with medical device or regulated product environments is a plus Work Environment Warehouse and fulfillment environment Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching Fast-paced and team-oriented setting Combination of warehouse and computer-based administrative tasks Key Attributes for Success Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to help Strong sense of accountability Ability to prioritize and multitask Commitment to accuracy and efficiency Adaptable and willing to learn multiple functions Strong communication and teamwork skills
