Badger State Staffing is seeking a fulfillment associate for a full-time seasonal position based in Appleton. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily order processing tasks, including picking, packing, auditing, and preparing shipments for delivery.

Primary Duties:

Assemble large orders of identical products, including box sets, shrink-wrapped bundles, and applying labels or tags as needed Review completed products for completeness and accuracy Prepare assembled products for shipment by palletizing them according to specific protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency May operate basic warehouse equipment (lift trucks, pallet jacks) depending on the role

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and accuracy under strict cycle times Demonstrated dependable attendance Capable of performing physical tasks continuously throughout shifts, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience in a warehouse or assembly line setting are a plus

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
