Job SummaryThe Shipping & Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping systems is helpful to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on timeApply core tags correctly and ensure carton labels are straight, legible, and accuratePerform quality checks prior to packing, including:

Verifying item numbersConfirming shipment quantities match ordersInspecting product quality before packingEnsure cartons are packed in a clean, neat, and professional mannerVerify shipping information and resolve discrepancies before shipmentProcess shipping paperwork and required documentationCut core to size specificationsUtilize shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, and internal platforms) to generate labels and track shipments (experience a plus)Verify receipts and shipping documentation for accuracy prior to completing transactionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Perform other duties as assignedPhysical RequirementsStanding and walking approximately 60% of the workdaySitting approximately 30% of the workdayRepetitive lifting, bending, and movementAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
