We're looking for a motivated Shipping and Inventory Tech who takes pride in their work, has a great attention to detail and wants to grow with a company that values skill, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Growing, high-quality precision machining company since 2010. Located in Cedarburg

2015 and ITAR registered New and late-model equipment - Citizen, Miyano, Hass and Brother CNC machines and a variety of other advanced systems
What You'll Do:
Safely move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts As the final checkpoint before shipment, you will package finished products with attention to detail, ensuring every order is accurate, professionally presented, and arrives to the customer in excellent condition. Contact shipping carriers for quotes and setup shipments. Complete shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, packing slips, and incoming material checklists Ensure all packages are sent out in a timely manner, expediting as necessary Receive in shipments are and marked in internal systems Follow up on outstanding purchase orders that have items not received Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers regarding shipments and inventory Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently Daily production counts and reporting to management Order materials and necessary supplies to maintain workflow Maintain vending system inventory Manage and maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies Organize and oversee KanBan and blanket order shipments for streamlined production Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned
Pay Range:
$18-$27per hour
Schedule:
First Shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a 30 minute paid lunch
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Above average time management skills and proactivity Math skills required. High level of accountability for the department and yourself Proficiency in using computers for shipping paperwork, scheduling pickups, and inventory control Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for inventory and logistics management Ability to use basic measuring tools and hand tools Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficient in operating forklifts Proficient in lifting materials safely What Makes Us Different?
