Shipping Clerk

Shipping Clerk Date Available:

Current 1st Shift Monday through

Friday Responsibilities:

Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material Arrange appropriate transportation of products Assist customers with shipping inquiries Perform other administrative duties as assigned Able to drive a forklift Maintaining inventory when needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields Must be able to understand and read written instructions and or directions in work related documents. Great work ethic Excellent customer service Good understanding on tools of the trade (e.g. - scales, packing slips, invoices, orders, forklifts, dollies, thermal label printer for UPS and FedEx, shrink wrap machine, etc.) Knowledge of simple operations in windows based computer environment, preferred in JobBOSS.
