Position Overview Gruno's Diamonds is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Vault/Receiving & Sales Associate to join our team. This unique role combines inventory management and receiving responsibilities with front-line customer service and sales support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with both products and people, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, organization, and exceptional service standards. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Receiving Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise, repairs, and vendor shipments. Verify product accuracy against packing slips, purchase orders, and internal records. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all merchandise movement. Organize, secure, and maintain vault inventory according to company procedures. Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation processes. Coordinate transfers, special orders, and merchandise requests between departments. Prepare merchandise for display, repairs, customer pickups, and shipping. Customer Service & Sales Support Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional first impression. Assist clients with jewelry selections, product inquiries, and purchases. Support sales associates by locating merchandise and ensuring products are presentation-ready. Process sales transactions, customer pickups, and repair intake accurately. Build relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up. Help maintain an attractive, organized, and inviting showroom environment. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support daily store operations and special projects as needed. Uphold company security procedures and inventory control standards. Collaborate effectively with sales, management, and vendor partners. Qualifications Previous retail, inventory, receiving, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Jewelry industry experience is a plus but not required. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable working with inventory systems, data entry, and documentation. Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented. Ability to lift and move merchandise shipments as needed.
