Job Description

Job Responsibilities Pick parts and materials from pick tickets and prepare orders for shipment. Build, palletize, wrap, label, and stage finished orders for safe transportation. Enter shipment information into warehouse or ERP systems and maintain accurate shipping records. Print shipping labels and coordinate truck pickups with freight carriers. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using appropriate material-handling equipment. Inspect incoming materials for damage and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase documentation. Report shortages, damaged goods, or shipment discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. Receive, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient material flow throughout the manufacturing facility. Keep shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe. Communicate effectively with truck drivers, suppliers, production teams, and internal departments. Qualifications Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy materials. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical warehouse duties for extended periods. Basic computer skills with the ability to enter and retrieve information from warehouse or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify shipments, quantities, and documentation. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate professionally with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment. Forklift or other powered industrial equipment experience preferred. Strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining an organized warehouse.

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
