Duties Prepare and package mass envalopes mailings with accuracy and care, following specified guidelines Track sent and calls received from your efforts. Maintain organized filing systems for records related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including sorting, stacking, and storing mail items efficiently Conduct regular inventory checks to verify stock levels and report discrepancies promptly Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Marketing or Mail Campaigns Tracking data or excel sheets Attention to detail for accurate filing, documentation, and quality control measures This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your contributions directly impact operational excellence.
